Key Responsibilities:

• Senior and Junior cycle teacher: Higher Level Economics, Business Studies, and Spanish teacher with experience teaching 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 6th year students.
• Economics Research Study: Guided, encouraged, and informed 6th Year Higher Level students throughout their ERS.
• CBAs: Co-ordinated with colleagues and carried out CBAs in both Spanish and Business Studies for 2nd, and 3rd year students.
• Homework Club: Devised homework assignments, and executed both formative and summative assessments throughout the years. Run the weekly homework club every Monday.
• Continuous Professional Development: Maintained an up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum structure by attending training days in MFL, Business Studies and Economics.
• Feedback: Provided the parents of students with feedback at meetings, and on request.

Key Achievements:

• Wellbeing Mentor for a 3rd-year class, providing support and encouragement throughout the year.
• DEIS Transitions Pillar Leader – attended various training sessions and reported back to colleagues about various targets and actions for the pillar of transition.
• School Trips: Coordinated school trips, broadened the pupils' cultural exposure and understanding.

• Prepare and teach 3rd-year Spanish and 5th-year Economics weekly grinds.
• Prepare and teach 3rd-year Spanish and 5th-year Economics Easter and May crash courses.
• Developed engaging lesson plans by applying knowledge of educational theories and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Studies, Spanish, and Enterprise: Planned, prepared, and delivered engaging lessons for 1st, 2nd, and 4th year students of Business Studies, Spanish, and Enterprise.
• Enterprise: Ran TY Enterprise module. Helped organise a tour for them, and was responsible for bringing the students to and from the workshop.
• After-school study: Supervised after-school study once a week.

Key Achievements:

• Collaboration: Collaborated with fellow teachers initially to establish the transition of the classroom, and also engaged in team teaching, which enabled students that were having difficulties.
• School Spirit: Engaged with other aspects of the school, such as coffee mornings, fashion shows, and other events such as the talent show, which allowed both the students and me to create positive relationships outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helped and encouraged children between the ages of 4 and 12 to speak English.
• Developed fun learning activities for the students to engage with, to improve both their oral and written communication.
• Organised private lessons for students, and developed interactive activities for them to work on.
