  • Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine leading on aspects of Ireland’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic in respect of securing food supply chains and production. Advised on matters in respect of Brexit and its impact on Ireland’s territorial integrity, the land border with Northern Ireland and east-west relations with Britain as it pertained to the transit of goods.
