As a Master of Science in Data Analytics student at the National College of Ireland, Dublin, I bring over four years of experince as a certified Software Tester in contact center testing and Chat bot testing. My experience includes testing IVR, IVA, and chat bot for US clients such as [Intrado - formerly called as WEST]. In my recent role as a Senior Test Engineer at Sensiple Software Solutions in Chennai, India, I spearheaded comprehensive testing initiatives utilizing a suite of tools including Jira, Test Rail, GCP, Postman, SoapUI, and Cyara - IVR automation tool, With a solid foundation in Python, SQL, and Java programming languages, my transition to a data analytics role is fueled by a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets. My proficiency extends to ETL processes, where I have experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data efficiently. Additionally, I am adept at working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, My skill set also encompasses predictive analytics techniques, enabling me to develop models that forecast future trends and behaviors based on historical data. Furthermore, I have experience utilizing visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create compelling visual representations of data, facilitating clear communication of insights to stakeholders, I am seeking graduate opportunities to apply my skills and contribute to the innovative projects.

Windmill Energy Production Monitoring System, National College of Ireland, Master's 1st Sem Project, Created a machine learning model using both supervised and unsupervised learning for identifying and maintaining the power generation of windmills. Utilized real-time data from Ireland's windmill energy production. Applied data analytics techniques to optimize power generation efficiency. Used machine learning techniques like Random Forest, decision tree, multiple linear regression, XGBoost, SVM.
