My teaching experiences thus far in my career have taught me how diverse the primary classroom is. Therefore, I believe that it is vital to create a welcoming classroom environment for pupils where they feel they are heard, they are safe, and they are valued. As a teacher, I strive to provide my pupils with equal opportunities. I aspire to support pupils in my class to reach their full potential. As an educator, I am always looking to improve myself and ensure I have the knowledge I need to support all my pupils. By completing courses such as – Diversity & Inclusion in the Classroom, I am further educating myself on how to ensure all pupils feel as though they belong. I am a very good listener, and I am extremely caring which allows me to create a positive rapport with my pupils, aiding me to engage children effectively. I am passionate about engaging students on all levels and enhancing their educational experiences through a wide variety of learning activities.
