I have worked as a General Manager for the past 13 years, in various roles:-

  • GM for Kerry Community services 2010 to 2015:- day to day operational lead for all community services,.Managed budget implementations, employee evaluations. Reporting to Integrated Services Manager Kerry.
  • GM Office of the Assistant National Director Older Person Services 2015- 2020:- Strategic and Performance function for Older Person Services - linking with the Department of Health, Hospital Groups, and the 9 Community Healthcare Organisations. Reporting to Assistant National Director of Older Person Services.
  • 2020 - 2021 - GM Office of the Chief Officer (CKCH) - rollout of new National Chronic Disease Programme across Cork and Kerry. Reporting to the Chief Officer Cork Kerry Community Healthcare (CKCH).
  • 2021-2023 - GM Office of the Chief Officer (CKCH) - Project lead for the set up, running and provision of supports of a Look Back Review into CAMHS services in Kerry. Reporting to Chief Officer CKCH.

  • Ensuring safe and efficient physiotherapy service, Managing 30 staff, Set up and established services across 6 areas in the county and also a domiciliary service.
  • Worked with other departments and services to maximise the input ane effectiveness of the Physiotherapy Service.
