During the time I spent working in the news section of nationwide television, I've established myself in working during moments of emergency and high stress. I started working in a store selling outdoor and casual clothes and shoes in 2018, and I stayed there for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over three years, I have demonstrated how to effectively deal with customers, as well as handle returns or place special orders. I also effectively took responsibility for running a business independently, and accurately managing daily sales. With enthusiasm, I have fostered relationships with customers to expand our customer base, and retain business.
Working in a bookshop chain in Prague at that time helped me develop my social skills in communication with customers, offering and recommending books based on their specific wishes. I have also received the responsibility for running the bookstore under the supervision of a store manager, mostly on weekends, as well as keeping the shop clean and presentable at all times.
