Summary

I am a registered nurse with previous experience as a healthcare assistant as well as working along side them post qualification. I am currently awaiting my NMBI registration as I have returned from Australia. Whilst there, I gained a lot of experience agency nursing, which required me to work in a range of healthcare settings on any given day. As well as this, I got to complete contracts throughout Australia where relief nurses were needed due to staffing shortages or catastrophes such as floods/fires in rural areas. Nursing and working in healthcare in both the UK and Australia has allowed me to grow in confidence and obtain many different skills throughout my career so far. I have learned that I adapt well and learn quickly with a change of healthcare systems and policies different areas work by. I am an empathetic person who enjoys advocating and looking after those in my care.
