As a national 400m runner, I've had some incredible experiences in athletics. Last year, I was thrilled to win the gold medal in the 400m event, which was a huge achievement for me. This year, I managed to secure the silver medal, continuing to prove my abilities and dedication to the sport. Competing at this level has been challenging but incredibly rewarding, and I'm proud of how far I've come in my athletic journey.
