Accomplishments

  • Carried out risk analysis/mitigation with the regional teams at Meta in order to Implement specialised security teams (counter-surveillance, armed response, canine patrolling and emergency medical technicians) across the EMEA region.
  • I initiated and led a project focused on specialised emergency medical technicians for Meta Ireland, aiming to ensure a high standard of care for employees. Through mentoring, I guided the team to a level of proficiency that allowed them to represent Ireland at the World Rescue Games in 2022.

    I presently serve in the capacity of Continuous Professional Competence (CPC) Assessor with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council of Ireland (PHECC). In this role, I am entrusted with the annual assessment and evaluation of portfolios submitted by Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).
  • Order of Malta Ambulance Corps
    I am a Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with the Order of Malta Ambulance Corps, Carlow Unit. I spend a lot of my spare time providing patient transportation to the elderly and vulnerable to attend hospital appointments across the country. I also provide ambulance support to the National Ambulance Service (NAS) in the southeast of Ireland.
