WAREHOUSE MANAGER

  • Accepting Deliveries daily from 6-7 suppliers.
  • Checking these deliveries are correct, both in quantities and for damages where needed.
  • Label products and store correctly in the warehouse.
  • Organise parts to be delivered on our vans, and arranging the quickest and best route for our customers for these parts to delivered.
  • Speak to relevant suppliers about returns, either damages or cancelled orders.

SALES MANAGER

  • Take inbound calls and emails from customers for orders, find the correct part from stock or to order from aftermarket and genuine products suppliers, ensuring we get best price for the customer and the company.
  • Using systems e.g Partslink, to make sure the part we supply the customer is the correct first time.
  • Being account manager for the 5 biggest customers, using Audatex to supply parts when these customers needs parts.
  • Handling customers calmly when they encounter a problem, and rectifying straight away where possible.
  • Pricing products, keeping up to date with competitors prices to keep our prices the best for our customers.
  • Hit daily sales targets, for both Sales and Gross Profit.
  • Generating invoices daily.
  • Creating quotes daily, and chasing these quotes by phone or email to turn in orders.
  • Generating purchase orders daily.
  • Taking payments over the phone, dealing with customers at the trade counter and taking card/cash payments in person.
  • Issuing credits where needed in a timely manor.
  • Organising couriers to for parts to be sent out of our van delivery range.
  • Calling old and new customers, advising of offers where possible, making sure to maintain there business.
