EduFusion - e-learning platform (UX research and product design)
Context & Problem
In spite of the rise of online learning platforms, completion rates of courses remain low. A study consisting of 18 students found that students were not completing courses because of behavioral, not instructional, problems. The problems include feelings of isolation, lack of career direction, overwhelming choices, and lack of accountability. The students enrolled with enthusiasm but failed to continue because of decision fatigue, motivation, and uncertainty.

Design strategy
Redescribed the platform as a content marketplace instead of a learning support system, with a focus on motivation and progression.
Solution
Instead of creating a passive content viewer, the aim was to create a supportive learning environment, and the main goals were to make learning easier to continue, boost motivation, and lessen isolation. Designed 40 screens for the following features
GadgetGo — gadget rental mobile application (end-to-end UX case study)
Origin
The idea is based on a real-life problem where one needs gadgets that are costly, but cannot afford them, so I thought of making a gadget-renting platform.
Research
Conducted a survey of 55 potential users, followed by 15 interviews with students, freelancers, and creators.
Key insight: The main idea is that users want access, not ownership, but worry about complex rental systems and reliability.
