I'm a big believer in having a healthy routine, I think healthy habits are needed for a happy life. I start most morning by waking up at 5 am and plan my day out. I usually do roughly an hour of meditation followed by my English classes I am currently taking. I enjoy reading books and walking with my dog. I am a second-degree black belt in kick-boxing and in the evenings teach kids and adults mixed martial arts. Recently one of our students achieved 3rd place in the MMA youth world championship. When I find some free time, I also like to draw or paint as I find it very relaxing. Over the last few years I have found a particular interest in Mediation and helping people through conflict resolution.
