As a Technical Standards Engineer at Ryanair, I have gained extensive experience in regulatory compliance and operational standards. In this role, I am responsible for recording and ensuring the accurate completion of all required fields on HIL Extensions within the Ryanair Group, Also acquiring chief engineers' signatures on HIL Extensions within a 10-day timeframe before forwarding to IAA.

Additionally, I oversee the Continuous Base Visit Program for Line Maintenance & Technical Standards, coordinating with liaison engineers across all bases to ensure all the Base Visits are on schedule. I also ensure that all action items raised after base visits are addressed and closed in a timely manner.

Furthermore, I play a key role in processing and making Personal Authorization Certificates (PACs) for Ryanair engineers. This involves reviewing all relevant documentation for B1/B2 initial authorizations, endorsements (engine runs), and renewals.

I also manage the Technical Standards Weekly Regulation Review, ensuring that all relevant IAA and EASA regulations are identified and communicated to the appropriate departments via the Coruson workflow. Additionally, I am responsible for amending the De-icing and Anti-icing Procedure Manual for GOPS.
