  • Promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant in March 2024 after a successful yearly review of my performance. Began carrying out high volume interviews and verification sessions for a wide range of candidates. The candidates I interviewed were German speakers based in Germany, German speakers based in Ireland, German speakers based in Bulgaria and Dutch speakers based in South Africa. Interviews were carried out in English via video calls.
  • Organised and collated candidate and employee survey responses monthly for an ongoing company project. I presented the survey results to programme managers and team leads to improve the hiring experiences of candidates.
  • While hiring contributors for a German speaking project, I contacted various Germany based universities to increase the quality of our company hires. This resulted in advertising open jobs on the university websites, attending their job events and connecting with interesting and dynamic candidates in the German job market.
  • Actively trained new members joining our team on the processes for recruiting. Organised extensive training and shadowing sessions for the new team members who did not have previous recruiting experience.
  • Single-handedly initiated and completed a Pre-screen Guide project for our team. This was a quick and straightforward guide for new applicants to prevent incorrect answers to application knock-off questions on our new hiring platform. This resulted in reduced number of candidates struggling to apply for our company roles at the initial stages of the recruitment process.
