- I did work experience here.
- I would greet people at the door with a smile.
- I then sat them at a table and gave them menus.
- If there was children with the group i would bring them a high chair if needed and would bring the child the toys we had to offer in the cafe.
- I would take orders.
- I made sure to add if there was any allergy adjustments needed for someones order and would inform the chef.
- I helped pack peoples orders that were to go.
- i would serve both drink orders and food orders.
- I would check up on the table to make sure everything was okay and ask wether they needed anything.
- Once the table had left i would clear away the dishes and wipe down the table. I would then brush the floor to make sure it was clear for the next customer.
- I would dry the dishes once they were were out of the dishwasher and put them in their located spots.
- Once we were closing i would clean the bathroom, cleaning inside the toilet,washing the floor,making sure the sink was clean and the toilet paper was restocked.
- I would reset the sugar jars at the end of the day.
- I would hoover the floor of the cafe and then i would wash the floors to make sure everything was clean before i left.
- I worked in a busy atmosphere and was able to work well during it.
- I would always have a positive attitude and would listen to my employer when they needed something done.
- I was well organized and would always arrive to work on time.
