I am an ambitious, self-motivated, and focused student studying a Masters in Responsible Business and Sustainability at Trinity College Dublin. I achieved a 2.1 Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Management. I am able to use communication, organization and people skills to adapt to a variety of challenges and situations that may be presented to me. Working as part as a team is a skill I feel comfortable in but I also enjoy taking on the challenge of leadership roles and delegating responsibilities to co-workers. I have a variety of part time work and volunteering experiences that has enabled me to develop skills and talents that I believe will serve me well to contribute in a positive manner to any team. I am a confident driven individual who relishes new challenges and opportunities.

  • As an intern sales assistant at Enterprise Rent A Car, I was lucky enough to learn and apply many skills
  • In this line of work it is all about adaptability, planning, teamwork, communication and sales skills
  • Throughout my internship I was challenged with many roles and tasks
  • I was given the responsibility of delivering high value cars to customers
  • I had to use my communication and sales skills to brief customers on the companies policies and try sell the companies insurance on top of that
  • Car rental companies have a taboo around them so this made the task of sales and gaining the customers trust that bit more challenging which I believe has been the best learning experience I've had in my short history in employment
  • Teamwork and organisational skills were essential in this line of employment to ensure every customer left happy and satisfied
  • Towards the end of my Internship I successfully planned a full day with every customer receiving a car and no complaints
  • This is a challenging task as there is a global car shortage at the moment and not every customer is guaranteed a car
  • Some personal achievements I earned throughout my internship was being in the top 50 employees for sales and also receiving numerous customer satisfaction call outs from customer satisfaction surveys
