Supply and Demand Planner:

• Led planning for the iPhone 13 across EMEIA, managing an average weekly build of 120,000 units for one of Apple’s most in-demand products in high-complexity markets, including Turkey and India.
• Ensured forecast accuracy, supply availability, and strategic alignment, while navigating global supply constraints, regional demand volatility, end-of-life (EOL) transitions, and compliance with European common charger (CC) regulations.
• Collaborated with global counterparts and China-based OEMs to drive production alignment, support execution, and maintain forecast integrity across regions.

Reseller Operations:

• Managed the iPhone 17 lineups New Product Introduction (NPI) as part of the RO iPhone team, tracking pre-orders and managing supply exceptions to ensure smooth channel execution during one of Apple’s most critical product launches.
• Built a Python-based Streamlit app to monitor and analyse emergency supply escalations, enhancing reporting, enabling informed decision-making, and saving cross-functional teams an estimated 3 hours per week through automation and improved visibility.
• Collaborated with Sales and Finance teams to run and track partner and promotional campaigns, driving demand generation for our products. Also acted as the RO DRI for a capital-funded project to develop a cross-functional tool enabling end-to-end management of partner deals.

Retail Fulfilment Operations:

• Managed fulfilment operations for Apple-owned retail stores and the Apple Online Store across EMEIA, swiftly resolving order-related issues and taking proactive steps to prevent recurrence, while ensuring timely, accurate product availability through end-to-end supply chain coordination.
• Effectively managed the team’s new product launches from planning through to execution, consistently delivering smooth rollouts and achieving key launch milestones.
• Developing and implementing a suite of Python-based tools to automate manual processes, significantly improving team efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialised SQL tutorials to classes of Master's students, ensuring their comprehension of advanced database concepts.
• Assist students in troubleshooting and optimising complex SQL queries and database designs.
• Develop and utilise instructional materials to facilitate active and engaging learning experiences.
• Monitor and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance on assignments and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiled and delivered a detailed performance report to Apple’s Vice President of European Operations, offering insights into the EMEIA region's delivery performance to reseller businesses.
• Conducted thorough shipping investigations, collaborating closely with various carriers to address and resolve shipping issues.

Achievements:

• Had the distinct honour of presenting a key logistics project to the Director of EMEIA Logistics, receiving positive feedback and recognition.
• Played a pivotal role in a project that utilised Apple's internal Large language model, resulting in an improvement to my team's workflow.

• Spearheaded sales of a diverse range of telecommunications products, including Broadband, Landline, TV, phone plans, and mobile devices.
• Managed essential store operations such as conducting store audits, processing contracts, and ordering stock.

Achievements:

• Consistently exceeded performance expectations, achieving an average of 130% across four key sales KPIs
• Recognised as the top-performing RSC in the branch, achieving the highest commission among peers.
• My performance contributed to the store being awarded "Store of the Year" - 78 Patrick Street Store.

In the summer of 2022, I worked in Canada in door-to-door sales, selling home services. I also devised a streamlined Excel sheet to track client follow-ups and payments.
