Main Responsibilities:

• Policy Project and Growth Management.
• Identify pain points as knowledge gaps and potential issues, and classify it according to severity and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide solutions and implementation of new flows, as well of improvements to help company reach its goals in terms of product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Track operation to propose potential reduction of cost of interactions keeping quality improvements.
• Partnered with Account Managers for Enterprise and big channels to analyze customer data, identifying product experience issues, and ensure compliance with internal workflows and prevention of liabilities according to internal policies and regulations.
• Present reports of the quality control to management, including propositions to be developed by the education and Learn & Development teams
• Complete market research to analyze company competitors and new trends, offering valuable insights that informed company direction and growth initiatives.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for business challenges, leading to greater efficiency and productivity.
• According to weekly and monthly data analysis, understand and propose creation of possible automations and optimization of internal processes keeping operational and management efficiency.
