During my time as an English student, I had the opportunity to work at CLEC - (Language Courses for the Community). CLEC offered affordable language courses to the local community, and my role as a teacher allowed me to further develop my teaching skills. As part of the program, classes were observed by lecturers, which provided me with valuable feedback and allowed me to continuously improve my teaching techniques. Through this experience, I learned the importance of effective communication and the ability to tailor teaching methods to the needs of each student. Overall, my time at CLEC was a valuable learning experience that allowed me to apply my skills and contribute to the community.
