Tanyaradzwa Nyashanu

I am a compassionate and dedicated individual from Zimbabwe with a genuine passion for caring for elderly and vulnerable people. I gained practical care experience through my voluntary work at Banatani Old People's Home, where I supported residents with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene. I also provided companionship and emotional support, helping to improve their quality of life. This experience helped me develop patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of person-centred care. In addition, I am currently completing a work placement at Ivanhoe Mine, where I have developed strong discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to health and safety. These transferable skills have prepared me to work responsibly and effectively in demanding environments such as healthcare. I am fully committed to building a career in healthcare and I am willing to undertake all required training, including QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support, manual handling, and infection prevention courses. I am also prepared to relocate and fully dedicate myself to meeting the standards and expectations of Orchard Care Group.
