  • Design and implement the new, SCOM based monitoring infrastructure for a company specific internal application which is very important for handling company’s customers. All the design and implementation phase must be done without affecting the operation. Technical lead for SCOM 2012 to SCOM 2016 technology upgrade and refactoring the entire monitoring solution. Then the rollout from 2016 to 2019.
  • Design and implement a new SCOM-based monitoring infrastructure for company-specific Oracle applications running on the Linux operating system. The application is significant for the company’s day-to-day operation, which means the monitoring must be state-of-the-art.
  • Design and implement an Active Directory upgrade across all the company’s sites, ensuring minimal impact on the existing infrastructure, including high-priority applications. This upgrade replaces the existing Windows 2008 R2 domain controllers with Windows Server 2012 R2 Server Core edition and upgrades the Domain and Forrest levels to the latest possible levels. Then do the same from 2012 R2 to 2016.
  • Designing an HA DHCP solution on each site running on Windows Server 2012 R2 Core Edition in Failover Hot Standby mode.
  • Technical lead on various projects like Active Directory security improvements, focusing on our on-premise Active Directory, Cisco AMP rollout, SCOM 2016 and SCOM 2019 rollout, Windows Server OS refreshment project.
  • Automate procedures using PowerShell scripting and Bash scripting (on Linux RHE)
  • Design and implement a global proxy solution based on Sophos UTM9, replacing the existing proxy solution. Including a whole spectrum system and security design, migration and training. Including client-side AV/HIPS/behaviour analysis-based protection.
