• Coordinating daily shipments to branches by analyzing product assortment and stock availability at production warehouses and branch warehouses. This involved considering stock levels, truck capacity, shelf life (palletization, FIFO principles, and production schedules), and prioritizing the shipment of high-demand or limited-stock products directly from warehouses.
• Conducting sales and inventory analysis for the central warehouse and branch locations based on weekly and monthly data, taking into account sales frequency and seasonality.

• Conducting analysis of 150+ product items.
• Preparing consolidated reports for warehouse staff, colleagues and customers.
• Working with transport schedules and delivery plans, which involved analyzing stock levels, optimizing shipment timing, and ensuring efficient distribution across all branches.
