  • Primarket was a project I had the privilege of establishing and building from zero to now over €150+ Million
  • The challenge delegated to me by the CEO was to establish and build a credible non-textile lifestyle offer that complemented our home and beauty offers
  • I was the senior buyer/team leader on this project across all 11 countries, 6 depots, and 350+ stores
  • Directed department to deliver €150million in 2017 and project was on track to hit its 2018 targets, an increase of 20% from 2017 when I left the company
  • I influenced team growth by delivering on targets each season growth from 3 to 12 with plans to grow this again
  • I orchestrated the department to be 2% of the company mix at the time of leaving the company
  • Attended and reported on key trade shows where I sourced and established a flexible supply base to support department growth that can adapt to changing customer trends

  • After sourcing these supplier partners, I liaised and managed their setup approx
  • 50 new factories I worked with our QA team to establish best practices in these new product areas
