1. Greet and seat guests: Welcome guests, show them to their tables, and present them with menus.
2. Take orders: Listen attentively to guests' orders, ask clarifying questions, and input orders accurately into the POS system.
3. Serve food and drinks: Deliver dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are correct and presentation meets standards.
4. Provide exceptional service: Anticipate guests' needs, refill drinks, and clear tables while maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.
5. Handle payments and transactions: Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and operate the POS system efficiently.
6. Maintain table settings and cleanliness: Ensure tables are set, cleared, and sanitized, and the dining area remains tidy and organized.
7. Communicate with the kitchen and team: Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and colleagues to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues promptly.
