Currently studying my Masters of Primary Education with Hibernia College.

Sub part time across Primary Schools in Cork. Have built good relationships with a couple of Principals who contact me privately when subbing is available.

Have worked in The Marvel Camp with Morgan O Mahony to gain experience working with children with additional needs.

Will be completing a 10,000 word thesis on The Impact of Physical Education on Children's Health and Wellbeing in Irish Primary Schools.

Was a coach in the Ballincollig GAA Cúl Camps for a number of years.

• Coached children from the ages of 5-12 Hurling and Football.
• Organised matches, sessions, fun games to ensure all children were devolping their skills in an enjoyable way.
• Demonstrated specific skills and techniques, providing time for controlled practice.

Day to Day management duties: Answering calls, taking customer bookings, ensuring a smooth run of each day, and that each staff member understood their roles and responsibilities. Taking customer queries and complaints, ensuring all customers have a positive experience, and keeping customer retention up. Ensuring all staff members are happy and have a positive working environment by checking in with them regularly and passing on any major issues to the general manager. Schedueled staff events to keep staff morale up. Sending wages to the accountant. Dealing with external vendors, invoicing and ordering and ensuring stock levels are kept track of. Completing end of night reports and ensuring tills are balanced.
