As part of the aftermarket support team I travelled to various customers to ensure smooth delivery of new vehicles into service and also maintain a high level of warranty support. This came in many forms such as body related faults, installation and maintenance of door systems and also electrical faults and diagnosis.

Mastered complete build production process during apprenticeship, then became production floater, managing fitment and setup of door systems, building side frames, and ensuring apertures aligned with technical drawings. Trained operatives in various roles and in WMP and health and safety practices.

• Liaised effectively with suppliers to procure high-quality raw materials timely and at competitive rates.
