Maintenance of all Assets through PM Schedules and control, Calibration of required instruments, 3rd party testing of equipment's where in-house facility not available, sub-contract vendor monitoring, In-house repairs, and spare parts management
Coordinating with Internal customers (Production and Projects.) for scheduling the PM activities and ensuring the activities are carried out within the scheduled times
Monitoring the schedules for all P&M personals and time taken for carrying out the maintenance activities throughout the day
Scheduling of the critical activities during the non-peak/Break hours to ensure equipment uptime is maintained

All Assets movements shall pass through Asset movement procedure, through Asset Head, Finance controller and Asset Engineer who shall vet the transfer and the location of the same is changed in SAP and Asset register
Depreciation cost of the same is then issued to Techno commercial and Finance teams for the respective project or factory location
Capitalization of Assets and maintenance of the same along with the Equipment manuals etc
And uploading of the same to ensure accessibility to P&M team
