I did my 4th year work experience in O’Reilly Transport, North Wall from September 2018 to May 2019 once a week, where I assisted as a receptionist and administrator. During my time there i developed strong organisational and administrative skills. I gained experience using office software, managing and filing documents, answering phone calls and emails and maintaining accurate records. I learned the importance of professionalism, teamwork, communication and time management in a busy workplace. This experience helped me improve my confidence, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
