- Experience in responding to application support escalations which involve troubleshooting moderate technical issues and resolving data/configuration issues
- Experience in Operations activities including Configuration changes for USSD, HLR & IN (Billing) nodes and workflow changes and validating the network routing
- Has working experience on Mobile Switch HLR (Nokia & Ericson) and IN configurations (Ericson & Huawei), New nodes testing, integration and moving the changes into Production
- Experience in Application Monitoring and supporting Web Based applications in Production Providing post deployment support for upgrades/ changes / enhancements done on production Environment
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Having experience on database backup and restorations
- Ability to detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention
- Experience in Creating, managing Databases, Scheduling Jobs and checking error logs
- Experience in SQL Server side by side migration and upgrade activities
- Remote Server migrations including Databases and IIS configurations
- Acted as Single point of contact to external & internal client’s right from the requirement stage to delivery stage
