• Creating comprehensive investigative documentation, including draft interview questions, detailed interview notes, and concise summaries of findings.
• Leading a data management project related to organisational changes, overseeing the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of large data sets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• In partnership with local People Business Partners, providing managers with support on performance-related issues such as coaching plans and probation period guidance.
• Partnering with internal and external Legal Counsel and People Business Partners to ensure compliance with country-specific Employment Law during investigations.
• Participated in restructure training with PBP's across the UK and Ireland.

• Managed 25-35 contractor positions for Microsoft across Ireland, Finland, and the Netherlands.

• Spearheaded headhunting for critical Tech and non-Tech roles across Europe, collaborating with business units to identify top talent.
• Managed the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer, working closely with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners, and Brand Communications teams.

In addition to Account Manager responsibilities, as Senior/Key Account Manager my role expanded into -

• End to end management & delivery of 'Key Accounts'.
• Responsible for expanding 4 Key Accounts across the UK.
• In December '19, appointed by Group Directors to build out the BFSI market across Europe.

• Relocated to the London office to support the Group CEO, managing permanent change and transformation recruitment projects primarily within the Banking, Financial Services, Pension, and Insurance industries.
• Oversaw the entire recruitment life cycle, managing 10-20 projects across the Europe and the US. Delivered projects autonomously while supervising a Researcher on larger multi-vacancy assignments.
• Led and supported the L&D of Researchers through one-on-one coaching, call shadowing, role plays, and promoting best-in-class recruitment processes.
• Delivered on accounts contributing to revenue growth from £120k in 2018 to £200k in 2019.
• One of three employees globally to meet specific KPIs and qualify for a performance trip abroad in 2018, recognising outstanding success within the business.
