Began as a HCA with West care home care with services in the community around Donegal town and surrounding areas. After a few months I began working in the office along side Sarah Smith, in Sligo and Killybegs. my duties included interviewing potential carers, organising paper work, visiting and interviewing clients in there homes and matching them with a suitable carer for their individual needs. I was also responsible for delegating staff, call outs and covering when staff did not show to work.
