Experienced in leading SAP SuccessFactors HRIS implementations, cloud migration, PMO establishment, organisational change and service improvement initiatives. Recognised for establishing effective governance, leading cross-functional teams, managing executive stakeholders and translating strategic objectives into successful project delivery.

Alongside a consulting career, Sinead serves as Vice President of International Relations for PMI Ireland, representing Ireland internationally and building partnerships with project management communities across Europe, North America and Asia. A recognised conference speaker, with presentations at international conferences in Seoul, Barcelona and Lisbon, and invited to speak at national events including the PMI Ireland National Conference, Trinity College Dublin and KPMG.
