Summary

I am a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Associate registered with the NMC, currently working as a Band 4 Nursing Associate in a psychiatric ward with NHS Oxleas Foundation Trust. I am also in my final year of the Mental Health Nursing Apprenticeship 18 month top-up programme at Greenwich University.

From 2017, I worked as a Healthcare Assistant with NHS Oxleas Trust before progressing to study as a Nursing Associate Apprentice at Greenwich University in 2019. I graduated in 2022 and have since been working as a Band 4 Nursing Associate.

Prior to this, from 2003 to 2017, I worked as a Senior Support Worker in a care home specialising in supporting individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. In this role, I acted as first-line management, leading a team to ensure high-quality care. My responsibilities included preparing and maintaining care plans and risk assessments, administering and managing medication, and providing supervision and support to colleagues.
