As a SHO in the NICU, I gained valuable experience in managing high-risk neonates with complex medical conditions. My experience includes:

- Successfully managing cases of neonatal jaundice, including phototherapy and exchange transfusions

- Identifying and treating early and late-onset sepsis, with a focus on prompt antibiotic administration and fluid management.
