• Prepared detailed Cost estimation/Tendering of projects on the aspects of building demolition and strip-out works.
• Prepared Bill of Quantities based on the shared drawings /as per client's description/ as per site visit for the demolition and strip-out works.
• Monitored the variations and additions in and out of the scope of work.
• Prepared, Measured, negotiated, and certified sub and main contractor interim valuations.
• Coordinated with sub and main contractors to obtain quotes for specialised services (like TWD, Hoarding works, Hoisting, and Asbestos removals as per report).
• Prepared RAMS for strip-out and demolition works according to the project's nature.
• Prepared interim valuations and cost reconciliations, then drafted the reports and submitted them to the higher management at the finishing stage of each project.
• Analysed historical cost data to inform and improve future project estimates.
• Developed accurate pricing schedule for obtaining, monitoring and reviewing costs for project work, wastage cost and labour day rates.
• Developed a labor-management Excel sheet to forecast and arrange/allocate workers as per the project schedules, and managed stringent deadlines to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Managed client relationships and requirements at the contractual level.
• Attended development, pre-start, and contract meetings.

• Prepared bills of quantities for 800 thousand to 2.5 Million euros average estimated residential and retail projects.
• Worked on arranging quotations, analyzing the costs with the market and historical rates, pro-rata comparison preparation, and negotiation.
• Prepared and presented final cost plans/project estimation and procurement reports as per the issued drawings to the Procurement head for approval.
• Worked on contract agreements and tender documents to issue work orders and purchase orders to the sub-contractors.
• Assigned direct coordination with international suppliers (based in Singapore and China) of fixtures (wall niches and front counters) for retail outlets, and verified cost and quantity as per shop drawings.
• Analysed variations and additions/work order changes as per actual, and authorised to proceed with the payments according to the approved interim valuations.
• Prepared value management data capture spreadsheets for re-usage of the resources in retail projects.
• Visiting the Project sites to verify the quality of work and materials used by the work-awarded contractors and inspecting the standards followed.
