
I am currently employed in the role of a data subject request and complaints administrator on the complaints team in a fast pace office. Before this I was employed with the same office as a financial advisor. I have my full degree level 7 APA's in banking and financial advising with the IOB. I have been working in a fast office environments for 6years now in a busy call centre in an administrative,telecommunication, customer service role where I handled the payment and flow of money. I am currently now working in the complaints/DSAR department of an office where I log, investigate and resolve complaints and I also gather data subject files dealing with legal and confidential files and send them out the clients at their r request. We use Microsoft applications on the regular and I have previously done a Microsoft specialist course to become fully trained in using them. I have an excellent understanding of GDPR and am very hardworking. I have a passion for working in a an office environment. I am driven to learn new things and exceed expectations. Highly energetic and eager to meet customer needs with knowledgeable support. Possess strong communication, relationship building and profolio abilities.
