My Role as Supervisor in Calvin Klein allowed me to experience the clothing side of retail.

• I monitor employee activity to insure that there is full cover on the floor and that every employee is placed correctly.
• I view the floor is up to standards wether that be stock or visuals.
• I solve day to day problems along with doing my own tasks and assisting customers. handled the co-ordination, shipping and receiving of merchandise.

My role as ACM has allowed me to be responsible for every aspect of the day to day supervision of the counter.

• My responsibilities included of staff,sales,stock and resource management. I insured high levels of customer satisfaction with a personal and friendly approach to each individual.
• I create comprehensive reports on performance and provide training and guidance to my employees.
• With this role I am confident and capable to multitask and use a hands on approach to everything I do.
• With being the primary contact between the brand and its retail counterpart, I am an effective communicator and drive for new opportunities to expand the brands presence.
• I managed multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines along with resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. I am always looking to develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.

As a supervisor, I successfully oversaw leadership, customer service, store safety and money management to ensure operational success.
