Experienced educator with 15 years of teaching experience seeking a position at your prestigious Auckland Regional Women Correction Facility {ARWCF}. Being posted as a teacher to teach in different schools and countries has equiped me with different skills since I was exposed to individuals from different age groups, ethnicity, cultural, religious beliefs , practices and values. I am very flexible and always transition into a new field and eager to utilize exceptional listening skills and clear communication to foster productive relationships with individuals, parents, and the community. Energetic and compassionate with a strong aptitude for creating positive and engaging conducive and safe learning environment. Well-versed in educational methodologies and proficient in time management , utilizing modern teaching tools to cater individual learning needs and most of all, I am very committed to inspire and motivate individuals to reach their full potential. My role as an educator comes with passion and most of all experience.

I have a passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring students, and I am thrilled at the opportunity to make a positive impact on any individual and on the community as well. Being a classroom teacher for a diverse cultural and many pacific island county for more than 15 years compiling and delivery of necessary documents both spoken nd most important written. I was recognized by my principal for my ability to develop student-centric teaching plans and carry out assignments diligently to help prepare outgoing students for their transition to high school. As someone with more than 15 years of experience as a full time classroom teacher, I understand the importance of creating a challenging, fun, and safe environment for learning. I take pride in getting to know individuals on a personal level to better understand their needs, and I enjoy taking an active role in coordinating extracurricular activities. After teaching from urban to very remote schools, teaching students of different ethnic groups and a multicultural school with a roll of almost a thousand , I found out that good listening skills, understand,instilling moral value and inclusive education are the most important tool for a individual's success.I am committed to enhancing my skills as an educator, and I'm excited about the opportunity to learn and grow with your talented team if given the opportunity. I am open minded person who takes any professional advice given by superiors and take positive feedbacks or criticism in a professional way.

• Team Leader for organizing a camp for our school in 2023.
• Assigned as a SAFETY OFFICER for our first ever TOA NIUE MA ANOIHA CULTURAL EXCHANGE TRIP from Niue to New Zealand. Performed with the students at the Niue stage during the 2024 POLYFEST with the TOA Niue Group.

Currently a teacher aide at Papatoetoe Intermediate School focusing on a set of International students and assisting students with learning needs.
