When I left school I started out plastering and concreting before I started driving machinery

trained for about a year and a half full time 6 days a week to gather as much skill of the trade possible while waiting for a more local job to line up at the time , laboured for 2 other plasterers and also tended myself in the process

• Maintained bar stocks, replenishing daily as necessary.
• Engaged with guests to create positive rapport, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
• Prepared mixed drinks and poured wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages within target service timeframes.
• Retained in-depth bar and menu item knowledge, providing expert recommendations to suit guest taste.
• Neatly set tables before guests' arrival, preparing and setting cutlery and refilling condiments.
• Changed beer kegs safely and efficiently, consistently following health and hygiene guidelines.
• Performed bar closing duties, thoroughly cleaning, sanitising and replenishing stock.
• Collected cash payments, processing and providing correct change and receipts using Point Of Sale (POS) systems.

• adjusting mid projects for customers and re signing new contracts done depending on big or small time and finance change to jobs
• I started the company by myself and had 2 full time workers and 1 part time worker , closed the company due to too many similar company’s in the construction industry around my area and didn’t have the capital to expand , learned more than money could buy during my time having the company before I decided to shut it down and close all accounts etc.

• Operated high-pressure jet systems to clean metal for painting.
• Completed work by using scissor lifts, man lifts and forklift trucks to move people and materials.
• Used tools such as needle guns, surface grinders and wire wheels to prepare painted and unpainted surfaces for coats of paint.
• Applied polishing techniques to smoothen surfaces and guarantee meticulous finish.
• Set up and adjusted [Type] spray gun to apply paint as per task specifications.
• Managed own workload to complete tasks within deadlines as I was the only spray painter and took full responsibility of projects on hand

• stared off my role as a labourer for 2 months before getting my tickets for driving a dumper (6 ton ) after A few more weeks started on a 3.5 ton digger , worked my way up to a 22 ton jcb
• main jobs at the start was levelling sites and loading dumpers with material
• once I was skilled enough I was digger Trenches for water pipes/ditches/ new roads or drainage
• I also used surfacing attachments on a bobcat skid steer before doing patchwork on tar Mac roads
• biggest digger used 27 ton
• biggest dumper used 11 ton
