Logistics Coordinator (1 Year)

- Liaising with customers to book in and despatch warehouse stock using our Warehouse Stock Management system (Prosku).

- Stock Checks

- Invoicing customers.

Transport Planner (2 Years)

- Planning local collections around the North West Area along with backloads for our drivers doing distance work.

- Speaking with drivers & customer service to make sure they are meeting their timed deliveries and collections.

- Working in a team of 3 to ensure the smooth running of the transport operation.

- Working with the transport manager to make sure vehicles meet their inspections/mot's/brake tests on a daily basis.

- Working with out maintenance sites to book in vehicles inspections/mot's/brake tests.

- Day 2 planning which involved planning next days work for our drivers (27 in total).

- Working with warehouse department to make sure trailers are loaded correctly and on time.

Transport Supervisor (1 Year)

- Overseeing 2 colleagues to make sure the whole transport operation is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

- Allocating drivers to vehicles on a weekly basis to make sure all fleet vehicles are on the road making money.

- Booking agency drivers to cover any drivers that may be on holiday or sick.

- Ensuring all drivers are compliant with the apps they need to be using I.E a PDA to mark off their jobs, an app to show they've done their walk around check etc.

- Loading and unloading HGV's on a docking bay.

- Sorting parcels into different locations.

- Dealing with clients phone calls and emails on a daily basis.

- Completing payroll weekly & monthly.

- Completing and submitting sole trader and partnership accounts.
