I provided part-time weekend support to a client with arthritis.

• I assisted them with household cleaning and organisation.
• I often prepared meals for them ensuring dietary needs were met.
• While maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-managed home environment.
• I demonstrated patience, reliability and strong time management while working independently and managing responsibilities without supervision.

Firstly, I worked at Penney's in Nutgrove Shopping Centre as Christmas staff between November 2022 and January 2023.I was then rehired when they were hiring part-time staff from April 2023 to November 2024.

• While working in Penney's, I worked my hardest to keep my allocated area its tidiest, following health and safety guidelines.
• I helped customers with a friendly approach to show them the items they were looking for, I was patient with customers and advised them on optimal product selection to simplify their purchasing decisions.
• I opened new delivery boxes and stocked sales floor racks and shelves with the latest items.
• I was also trained on tills, operating cash and card payments for purchases and returns.

I completed my transition year work experience as a crèche assistant and also previously helped out during school holidays at the camps.

• I created caring bonds with children for comfort and safety within the creche.
• I thoroughly cleaned and disinfected play areas to control health risks and helped set up facilities with equipment toys and materials for daily activities.

I undertook my transition year work experience at Takeda, exploring different types of workspaces.

• I sorted out paperwork and archived folders in the archive room.
• I participated in various tours on how they manufacture active ingredients for medicines in different plants.
• I also met many new people from all different departments who socialised and explained parts of the business to me.
