Work History

Casual Subsitute Teacher

Beneavin De La Salle College
Dublin
11.2024 - Current

I began my role at Beneavin College in November 2024. During this period of time, I have undergone many tasks. My main role is to work closely with the resource department, providing extra support for students who struggle in a classroom environment. This is supervised by the main teacher and advised on what work to cover with the students during the resource period. I also complete team teaching. This allows me to team-teach with the main teacher to get an understanding of the class environment and help students one-on-one when available. I supervise free classes when a teacher is absent, when advised to do so.

While in Musgrave Marketplace, I undertook a range of duties such as a general operative; this involves looking after online orders, serving customers, and dealing customers on a daily basis as well as working as part of a team. Some of the other duties include taking stock counts and picking orders for customers.

I currently play Gaelic football  with Na Fianna GAA and have  done so from the age of four.  I am currently a member of  the intermediate team. As a result  of this, I am used to being part  of a team as it has been such a  big part of my life both now and  growing up.  I also like to maintain my  fitness throughout the week by  attending the gym daily and as  well as this I also like to do a swim  after my gym sessions to stay fit  and healthy both physically and  mentally.  I also manage an underage kids’  team in Ballymun Kickhams and  have done so for the past four  years
