With over 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry, i would now like to extend my skills to a hospital setting. My experience as an auditor means that i am versed in co-ordinating and executing internal and external audits. I have active knowledge of audit guidelines, regulatory compliance and internal controls to uncover and correct issues. I hold a strong command of audit preparations and reporting and would class myself as a diligent, knowledgeable and skilled team member who is motivated to positively impact operations. I am a person who is attentive to detail and confident in dealing with large and complex data.

I consider myself to be a motivated team player who will support any internal functions but i also work well in autonomous roles with excellent attention to detail. I would be described as an enthusiastic proactive problem-solver with high-level critical thinking, skilled in building and maintaining relationships with patients and colleagues. Through my years of working with health insurance members and medical professionals i have excellent phone etiquette to successfully deal with phone enquiries and complaints, coupled with my organisational skills and history of dealing with routine correspondence accurately and promptly, i believe i would make a great addition to your team.
