Worked in a multi-disciplinary team to design, monitor and appropriately progress the exercise plans being prescribed to the clients, considering the client group's current fitness level and proficiency at performing certain exercise movements to ease their transition into exercising
Led group sessions twice a week, which consisted of co-ordinating where to meet the clients, explaining what they are going to be doing during the session and leading a warm-up
The clients would then be brought on a nature walk, with three stations staggered along the walk
Each station focused on a different aspect of fitness (strength, cardio, and flexibility), where participants were led through a short exercise routine specific to the goal of the station.

Training: Constantly looking for new methods or viewpoints when it comes to exercising/training. Currently I have started to study the Frans Bosch Systems.
Sports: Won the 2017 Mayo Minor A Gaelic Championship and finished runner up in the 2017 Connaught minor championship with my local team Balla G.A.A. Avid Snooker player.
Travelling: Love to travel when the opportunity arises. Some of my personal favourite location which I have visited so far are Paris, Stockholm, and Copenhagen.
Volunteering: Assisted with the running of a Santa's Grotto in Silverbridge shopping centre, Claremorris, for 3 consecutive Christmas to help raise funds for Concern Worldwide. Performed in a choir to raise funds for Pieta house.
