For example, I developed an innovative scorecard that analysed an employees performance against key metrics and soft skills, before generating a percentage based result to aid in subsequent coaching and feedback
  • Accountable for the performance of 12 employees who were each accountable for the performance of a further 2-4 employees
  • Promoted a culture of ownership, growth, and leadership within the PES Team. 50% of the team were promoted to leadership roles within two years
  • The PES Team consistently achieved our operational targets, whilst firmly establishing ourselves as a team that continues to be fundamental to training, coaching and day-to-day operations at Virgin Media Ireland
