• Currently I have been working full time SET/EAL for 5th/6th classes from 2nd of September to 25th of October.

• Met new arrival Ukrainians, did coordinative speech for them, and helped to solve emergency cases
• Translated interviews with Ukrainians for Immigration officers from Department of Justice when they decided if Temporary Protection is granted for people who left Ukraine because the war or not
• I had been working there full time UN contract first 6 months and after I started to work at Irish Schools I changed the full time contract with IOM into flexible one and did that job one-day shift per week
• I did dozens of learning courses to improve professional skills such as 'BSAFE', 'I Know Gender Module 16: Gender Equality and Migration', 'Information Certified Security Awareness', 'Data Protection Principles', 'PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse)' etc.

• Did content-plans for LDBK instagram (one of the most successful building company in Lutsk), communicated with customers, organized different activities for subscribers etc
• Also I created events for the clients' children
• Recorded interviews and short videos about that company work.

• Have worked in HDEE for 4,5 years with the kids from 1 year up to 18 years old
• I love that part of my life
• I was teaching English like a native language focusing at the same time on a child's brain development
• Did trainings for other teaching sharing the knowledge how to build 'prelearning' contact with students and get the most effective results during learning
• Led and motivated staff to continuously improve their teaching skills
• Participated in conferences for improving teaching skills (my topics were related to effective communication between parents and teachers; ecological teachers' feedbacks - healthy praising and correcting student's work)
• Have completed training at a highly recognized international method of teaching children from infants to teenagers (0-19 years old) and obtained qualifications according to 11 programs for children (4-11 years old).

• That was a period when it was difficult to apply modern, creative teaching methodology within state school in Ukraine so I have decided to leave that school after 2 months working there
• Soon I have created my own organization and started to work on the educational projects for children from different schools, collaborating with the principals, parents, businesses, government etc.
