• Provide excellent HR administration service, delivering accurately and efficiently, often within tight deadlines
• Manage, maintain and develop the HRIS system (PeopleHR)
• Managing end to end recruitment process (often high volume) including liaising with recruitment agencies, reviewing and screening CVs, coordinating interviews, drawing up offers of employment, reference checking and then on-boarding.
• Process all leavers from the Company – complete the relevant paperwork
• Manage employee benefits from start to finish on a monthly basis, this includes but is not limited to Health cover, Pension, Travel Tickets and Cycle to Work applications;
• Monitoring and tracking employee probationary periods
• Providing bi-weekly payroll updates to the finance team regarding salary increases, bonuses, pension/healthcare joiners and leave entitlements.
• Produce all standard HR documentation – e.g. salary certificates, reference requests, employment verification letters etc.
• Preparation and analysis of various HR reports as required by Business Leaders, including HR KPI’s, Headcount, Sickness reports and recruitment metrics.
• Provide support and advice on often complex Employee Relations matters
• Guide and coach managers through employee relations and HR issues in line with company policies and best practice, including disciplinaries, grievance, performance, absence management and employee engagement
• Develop and manage the performance management system
• Create and deliver annual Employee Engagement survey with follow up pulse surveys
• Create, promote and execute effective employee engagement initiatives to support the overall employee engagement strategy e.g Diversity and Inclusion Week
• Supporting training design and delivery
• Act as a point of contact for general HR queries from the business
• Various other HR project work as and when required
