- Reception :

Direction :
- Carrying out quality control on condition of rooms.
- Verification of the accounts each day. Making sure our records of payment are identical to that of the bank, and that everything adds up. Will then pass on to the accountant for further verification.
- Liaising with head of housekeeping/reception. Finding solutions to any problems that may arise.
-Brainstorming and implementing new ideas, marketing strategies, environmental initiatives.
- Dealing with maintenance issues.
-Liaising with Head Office of the hotel group (Honotel). Setting quarterly targets, setting out goals and ensuring we do our best to achieve them.
- Welcoming customers into Reception of the shop
- Consultation : discussing with customer what they need done, how they would like to go about doing it, agreeing a price for the job.
- Answering phone calls, e-mails and dealing with general enquiries.
- Liaising with customers after work has been completed to ensure they are happy with the outcome. Finding solutions to any problems they may have.
