Ruairí Lynch

I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in educational practices and a deep grá for Gaeilge. I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient IT capabilities, which support effective classroom management and inclusive education practices. I am skilled in differentiating instruction, having worked with a number of students requiring tailored support or who are part of the L2LP Programme. I have developed my behaviour management skills through my involvement in my school's Behavioural Support Team. I am adept at working under pressure and collaborating with others to address workplace challenges. I am committed to fostering literacy and numeracy strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

As a Year Head for the past three years, I have focused on developing my skills in working with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators to effectively teach and motivate students.
