Control, monitor, and ensure that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks are carried out within their respective due dates and times.

Manage all aspects of technical delays and AOGs, co-ordinate recovery operations by providing technical and logistical support.

Arrange appropriate manpower and resources to return the aircraft to service in an efficient manner.

Maintain oversight and control of short-term planning and scheduled maintenance.

Liaise with the Type Certificate Holder for the application of approved authorisations to repair and operate outside the scope of allowable limitations.

Control and manage aircraft systems redundancy when operating on MEL by ensuring prompt and appropriate defect repair action.

Maintain an effective interface with Operations Control, Flight Crew, and Senior Technical Management to ensure that Technical Fleet status is always known.

Ensure that all technical delay, cancellation, and incident reports are filed in a timely manner on the AMOS system.

Maintain awareness of repetitive defects and arrange troubleshooting to help prevent duplication of manpower, and spare resources.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the flight schedule and reschedule maintenance opportunities as necessary due to disruption.

• Unrestricted B1 + B2 licence on CityJet fleet.
• Boroscope approval for GE CF34 and ALF 507 engines.
• CRJ-900/1000, BAE146, and RJ85 B1/B2.
• Operating out of various outstations throughout Europe, liaising with local airport authorities and ground staff to ensure the continued serviceability of the fleet to protect the schedule, and that all aspects of compliance are maintained.
• Set up and support new line stations in European airports when starting new contracts.
• Travel and support aircraft to carry out end-of-lease returns to Canada and America.
• Travel on AOG recovery to various locations as and when required.
• Assist in Dublin base maintenance during hanger checks and engine changes, along with stand-in supervisor responsibilities when required.

• Four-year apprenticeship in line/hanger maintenance on Boeing 737 aircraft.
